Our Quality management

So that we can always offer the highest possible quality, we have chosen to certify ourselves according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. We conduct an annual review in conjunction with a qualified certification company, which ensures that we are in compliance with applicable laws and official requirements, but also that we are implementing constant improvements within the organization.

To ensure that the products we manufacture maintain the right quality, we have invested in testing equipment so that we can measure the breaking and lashing strength of our products ourselves. During autumn 2019 we also added a salt chamber to test the metal components’ resistance to corrosion. This enables us to both perform self-inspections and check that our own suppliers are keeping their promises.

For almost 30 years we have been regularly supplying products to companies within the vehicle industry, for both lorries and cars. We have experienced large increases in volume in these segments in recent years. As a result of this, our own quality management has also intensified in order to comply with the high level of requirements that these industries set for their suppliers. This naturally also has positive effects on the entire operation as awareness is raised and the workflow is put under the magnifying glass. This has enabled us to implement better workflows and more frequent inspections, which in the long run produce higher quality and security of supply. This improvement work is a constant element in our daily activities, and we always endeavor to do better.
